Is it too much to ask that we sacrifice one grande cup of coffee each month for our favorite creatives? I don’t think so.
While much of what I publish is free of charge, some content will cost subscribers $2.99 per month. Think of it as an investment.
First, premium posts are books in the making. Not only will you have a chance to read them in advance, but you will also be instrumental in molding the material with your feedback. Plus, you’ll receive a copy of the finished product which will bear your name somewhere between its covers as a personal thank you.
Second, your contributions will extend the life of this blog. Website hosting, transcriptions, editing—the entire process demands monthly costs. Your financial assistance ensures the future of these resources.
Mostly, though, paid subscriptions are for those generous people who just want to support my work. Frankly, it’d be cheaper to buy the book eventually. If you can’t think of a good reason to contribute $2.99 of your hard-earned money to my ongoing projects, then a premium membership is not for you. If you can, however, please accept my sincere gratitude.
Thanks, Mom (+ 84 others).
