The ‘Chosen One’ Chooses Joe Biden

I opt to sleep in this morning and when I wake up, the whole Internet is buzzing about Obama’s new running mate, Joe Biden. Wasn’t he the guy who criticized Obama’s lack of experience? Wait, I think I can find the video. Oh, I don’t have to. Turns out McCain had a neat little ad prepared for this very occasion. (A lot has happened since I went to bed.)

I must get some breakfast before I think anymore about this.

You people are so ridiculous. That is the kind of stuff that is said in the heat of a political primary. Doesn’t one remember all the nasty stuff that was said between George W. Bush and John McCain back in 2000? Or if McCain tabs Mitt Romney for his VP, there will be LOADS of the exact same footage.

You people? What do you mean by that?

I know this is type of thing is politics as usual but Obama is the candidate of change. Where’s the change?

“You people” are the ones who are so quick to point out where Obama has “flip flopped”, but fail to see when you do yourselves. Conservatives have been hounding Obama as his apparent “lack of experience”… so he chooses someone who has decades of experience, and now you people are hounding him on “where’s the change?”

I actually think its a good thing Obama picked someone who has been critical of him in the past. That proves he isn’t surrounding himself with a bunch of “yes” men like a certain other current president has.

LOL! Great post Jeremy! For the first time in about 5 years I actually got my news from the newspaper in the morning! It was almost fun, I walked out to the little box, got the paper and found out Obama’s new running mate. Call me normal, but I don’t check my cell phone at 3AM! BTW-When the lefties give you a hard time you must be doing something right!

Yeah Jeremy, we REALLY need a repeat of the W puppet with his entourage of handlers and Yes men!! The only person who wouldn’t play the “yes man” role was Colin Powell and we see how well this American hero and statesman was treated!!

Virtually every major player after leaving the W admin. has written scathing books on the ignorance and entitlement with which W and team has approached their Monarchy!! The entire NeoCon movement has been dissolved to the point of inefectiveness thanks to the PNAC members who filled W’s Cabinet and built the fabricated Iraqi intel.

I want a VP who is not afraid to call bull sh-t!! I don’t need some sheep who has been programmed to blindly follow in the White House!! Save that for the church pew!

I want a V.P. and an Administration that puts AMERICA first, not a repeat of W and his “Israel first” PNAC pukes and their disregard for the sanctity of American soldiers lives.

BTW, Jeremy explain what you mean by Obama “despises American principles?”

The pure capitalism of the Industrial Revolution where women and children worked 7 dyas a week, 12 hours a day for pennies and hour? D-mn liberals screwed up that gravy train…

The unadultered Patriotism that has moved 6 – 10 million jobs to contries where good capitalism can be practiced like China and India?

The charge to support America the Beautiful by pushing us back to the 1970′s and the polluted rivers in Clevland, Boston, Pittsburgh etc. catching fire or puzzling us with strange shades of red, purple and yellow? D-mn liberlas took away our burning rivers too!

Back to good Christian values that helped us through the extermination of the original Americans? Following in the footsteps of Jesus as we watch over 100,000 Iraqi civilians killed and 2 Million Iraqi’s forced to leave their homes for refugee camps.

So what are these “American Principles” you speak of? Do you mean the one’s we “walk” or the one’s we “talk?”
