&quot;A constitutional law student in the class immediately called 911 on his cell phone for police and medical assistance for the professor, who gladly pressed charges with a class full of enthusiastic witnesses.  The last words the class heard as the recalcitrant marine was led out the door in handcuffs was &#039; You have the right to remain silent.....&#039; a right gauranteed by the same constitution he took an oath to defend and so callously ignored in his assault on the professor.&quot; </description>
